Challenge Rules

Think you can handle the heat? Here’s what it takes to claim your spot on the No Fear of Death (NFOD) Hall of Fame:

  • Finish 5 wings in 5 minutes
    no exceptions. The challenge is officially timed by Wing’n It staff.
  • No chasers allowed
    water, milk, or any relief is strictly off-limits until the challenge is over.
  • All wings must be fully eaten within 5 minutes
    any unfinished wings will be removed and discarded.
  • No take-home leftovers
    this challenge is dine-in only.
  • Waiver required
    all participants must sign a waiver before attempting the challenge.
  • Must be 18 years or older
    to participate—no exceptions.
  • Win and reap the rewards!
